Founded by the Lawrence sisters in 1885, the establishment of Roedean School was a pioneering initiative in the advancement of education for girls and young women. Commissioned to celebrate the 125th anniversary of Roedean, this video captures the exuberant confidence that is rooted in the schools history, along with a spirit of compassion, curiosity and creativity. Through the testimony of both the staff and pupils, an outward looking and forward looking mindset is also clearly evident.
