Project Description

Tourism Marketing Video

This tourism marketing video aims to entice visitors to the recently opened re-development of Shakespeare’s New Place in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The landmark heritage site occupies the plot where Shakespeare’s final home once stood, before it was demolished in 1759 by the embittered Reverend Francis Gastrell.

From the collaboration of a host of artists, designers and craftspeople, the site is now a beautiful and inspiring place, in keeping with the spirit of Shakespeare’s imagination. To help convey its magical atmosphere through filming, we chose to interweave the lighting conditions of a bright sunny day and the sympathetic lighting that illuminates the site at night.
