This internal communications video was produced to provide effective training for the employees of Forestry England. Managing external commercial relationships with outside suppliers can be a complex issue, yet essential for the organisation to attain its goals and ensure an effective spending of public money. To these ends, video was chosen as an effective medium through which to reach all members of staff across the country, while establishing a clear and consistent understanding of policies and principles.
