A documentary style was used to track these changes and compare the thoughts and feelings of employees before and after the reorganisation.

Commissioned to promote the economic development of Gloucestershire, the programme highlights the business benefits through operating from within the county, as well as featuring a wealth of lifestyle advantages available to people living in the area.
Sales Training
Sales negotiation requires a thorough understanding of pricing, product and the customer.
This short interactive programme highlights the pitfalls awaiting an over-casual sales person. Both the right way and the wrong way to do business are illustrated through the use of actors, providing sales professionals with a clear strategy for the sales negotiation process.
Educational Training
Objective - to raise awareness amongst teachers regarding the problems encountered by children diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder and to highlight support and strategies available in order to successfully integrate these children into mainstream education.
Interviews with specialist professionals, teachers, parents and pupils mapped out both the issues and solutions that are currently being developed for children with this complex disorder.
Fundraising
To spearhead a £15m fundraising campaign for a new performing arts centre, Cheltenham Ladies' College commissioned a DVD production highlighting the importance of the arts within college life.
The programme features performances and interviews from current pupils and well known stars from the stage and screen.
Internal Communications
Embarking on a national roll out of upgraded restaurants, required a nationwide communication to prepare staff for imminent changes in their workplace.
The rationale behind the new menu and interior design was clearly explained through manager contributions together with endorsement from staff members and customers who had already experienced the benefits of change.
Staff training
This programme takes the viewer through many of the problems facing retail stores and the secure storage of goods.
An on screen presenter was used to explain sensitive issues in a direct but appropriate manner. The result - a significant reduction in stock loss, with subsequent dramatic savings to the company's operating costs.
Recruitment
Produced as a conference opener, the objective was to celebrate the opening of the new head offices while portraying the genuine positive nature of the staff.
Contributions from a selection of employees illustrated the many ways in which job satisfaction and career aspirations were being met by their employer and ways in which longer term career prospects were being successfully managed within the firm.
Event Highlights
A four hour awards ceremony condensed into four minutes of highlights, featuring awards, presentations and entertainment.
The programme culminated in a spectacular closing ceremony involving synchronised music, lighting and pyrotechnics.
